I have an issue of occasional bursts of anger, and I'm working on it

I'm sorry
Some of it is alcohol-induced, maybe most of it. But I don't drink hard liquor anymore at least. Never will again.

I had bourbon for the first time in years last night and it was astonishing how much more angry and aggressive I was. Lol.

I mean, I do. But usually not without switching. More like 1 or 2 drinks. Used to drink it almost exclusively as my hard liquor though. Almost like my taste buds have changed for the worse over time, lol.

Don't usually think everything here is serious...but I will say that if the brown liquor is controlling you then I'm happy to help all I can with that issue.
