Uhh, there’s more national coverage for college football year round than college baseball receives. Not that it’s the barometer of interest but there are more football posts on this board now than baseball posts. And that would be further exacerbated excluding baseball posts by UT fans. The national sports fan knows Saban & Jimbo exchanged verbal jabs, that NIL and the transfer portal is shaping rosters, and Lincoln Riley, Jim Harbaugh, and ND’s coaching change is happening. They’d have to guess that college baseball is going on. Heck there’s far more internet activity devoted to football recruiting than college baseball. The NFL’s draft puts more attention on CFB in 2 months than CBaseB receives all year.

Vols baseball is becoming its own entity to where non baseball fans much like sidewalkers like yourself even tune into watch. That's how great we are. We are pretty much the 1980s Mike Tyson of college sports.

The Saban vs Jumbo thing plagued the boards for while but was the same thing over and over. And is already out of the cycle. Baseball was the dominant sport discussion on here. Before that it was basketball. Football was limited to recruiting (very little), coaching searches, and Saban vs Jimbo. Very little actual football discussion happened.
Maybe UGA fans should follow DJs lead and migrate to soccer and video games 8 months out of the year…
