The same 4 teams in the CFP every single year have been the same 4 teams in the simulated BCS.
This isnt a coincidence either.

As I posted earlier, how in God's name could the justify taking UT over a 3 loss LSU team that just beat em?
Because LSU had 3 losses???
The BCS had UT behind a UF team they just beat the week prior.
Of all the arguments posted here that is by far the worst reasoning for why UT wouldn't be in it.

Everyone did.
That UGA loss meant Vols had no room for error vs a 3 loss team with key players off the field.

And in today's world they drop 1 or 2 spots for losing in the SECCG. Just the way the world is now, baw.
You would think we lost to Fresno State, not a Nick Saban coached LSU team that finished in the top 10.

Doubtful due to how bad that loss was.
Want precedent? In 2001, Florida fell from 2nd to 6th with their 2nd loss, so vol wrong again.

They weren't even ranked in the BCS
Jesus Christ ya still can't make an argument on why a committee would take
a UT that lost in week 14 to a 3 loss unranked LSU team.
Yeah, late season losses to unranked teams usually have a tendency to screw up your playoff/NC hopes.

Last chance to state UT's case or just STFU.

11 point loss to an 8-3 team with a backup QB is gonna knock you down in any era.

Moving those goalposts. F*cking retard.
LSU was ranked in the top 15 when we played them. BCS only ranks their top 15 teams.

I enjoyed this ironic statement.
I'll repeat this again since it makes you look like a fool.

UT led at halftime and it was a 4-point game until the final 2 minutes.
LSU was dead in the water until Mauck came in so I'm not sure how the backup QB is a burn.
This should knock you down in any era.

#20 and #21 in the 2 polls.

Cool. Makes it even worse.
People tend to frown upon losing to an 8-3 team that forced to use its backup QB and RB.

Tell ESPN to fix their link then. For whatever reason they posted their rankings the week after the game.

Don't really care. Not much of a difference in losing to #13 and #20.

Except when the backup QB is better than the starter.

Probably right, so even if Vols lost to a #13 team rather than #20, the big drop still happens.

Too bad the starter QB was better than his backup.
This goes for the RB that got hurt too.
