This is stupid. How about this. Sue him for the comments he made and then prove they were false. I don’t think they’d like the outcome. And for another HCBU to act like they can extort Alabama for something he said about a different school is adorable

I agree that this is ridiculous, but it's BS logic to suggest they must sue. 1) how do you prove something didn't happen? 2) if Saban is going to levy accusations, it's incumbent upon him to provide a little evidence...at least it ought to be.
Does everyone just get to accuse others of cheating, provide no evidence, and have the NCAA investigate?
