There is plenty of information about secret NIL deals that weren’t approved? Where?

So now what is your point? - you’re saying “rejected NIL” deals equals cheating?

Even though NIL deals are only happening with kids already on campus?

Geez, what’s next?

I mean…. The X-files had less convoluted innuendo than this…

Yes, it equals cheating. It's the exact same thing as when Alabama got in trouble for Albert Means. Boosters can not contact recruits and make them offers, PERIOD.

When the SEC commish comes out and says directly the majority of what they have seen with NIL isn't really NIL, it's directly pay to play schemes, it's pretty obvious what is going on.

Now it's certainly within the realm of possibility that A&M hasn't had any NILs rejected, we don't know for sure. But if Vegas was putting odds on this shite, I doubt they'd be getting many bets on A&M.

IMO, A&M should have feigned ignorance, cooperated to the fullest extent and done their best to show compliance while demonstrating institutional control. Especially since Jimbo was recently hit with a show cause for not promoting an atmosphere of compliance due to him purposely ignoring rules, which will only feed into this and make any outcome much worse.

Sankey was so vague we have no idea what school or who he was talking about.

Boosters contacting recruits directly and making them offers - surely would result in violations. Right now, we haven’t seen anything about that. I’m all for facts. Let’s see it.

Lastly, I disagree. Since Jimbo responded to Saban’s allegations, Saban walked back his comments.

What is being alleged changes on a daily basis.
