Sex assault cases that are he said she said such as Watson’s are hard to get to “ beyond a shadow of doubt” standard of criminal proceeding. So grand juries many times no bill...

Think about OJ murder case, he gets off on criminal but is convicted on civil trial...

that has absolutely nothing to do with a grand jury. indicting a person for a crime has a much much lower bar than even a civil trial. A grand jury is not and does not make a determination based on beyond a shadow of doubt. Have you ever been on a grand jury. it is very hard to get a no bill on cases involving women accusers. at least 90% of cases before a grand jury that involve women accusing men get a true bill. Watson can and will be able to use the No Bill in his defense.
