What is there to file a lawsuit over?
It was always a violation to pay for play.

Courts never said boosters can provide incentives for play for pay, and the ncaa isn't prohibiting players from using NIL.
The vast majority of member institutions are demanding regulations. Your team doesn't want to play by those rules? You don't have to. Good luck out on your own.
