Decreased snaps decrease anyone's risk as we've established. The question is whether he was at greater risk to the same knee by playing. If he was, it was irresponsible for his doctor to let him play.

Exactly. So what are you arguing against the concept? You appear to understand the logic of it.

The play count was reduced enough to lower the risk to an acceptable level.

Turns out it was a championship mentality. Glad we had our #1 Pickens for any many plays as bama had their #1 jamo. It made things more fair, didn’t it?
