Carolina never had a single-digit SEC win season until Kingston delivered Gamecock baseball its first in 2019. if he can't win 10 he'll own 2 in the past 3 SEC seasons.

USC had won at least 13 SEC games (30 game season) every year until Kingston failed to do it.

10 SEC wins may not be enough save Kingston his job but 9 or less he has no chance at all to return. Gamecock baseball was long ago built for Omaha. single-digit SEC win seasons don't get ya Hoover, let alone Omaha.

Bobby Richardson took over Carolina in 1970 and went 14-20. from 1971 to present - Gamecock baseball has had a winning record every season but one over the 51 years. Kingston almost had one at 28-28 in 2019 and 2022 is in jeopardy of it again.
