If your state didn’t participate in some form with the confederacy then you can’t be a SEC state. Oklahoma was an Indian territory at the time LOL

While this is true, three of the five tribes were split. The Indian territory had more civilian deaths per capita in the Civil War than any US or confederate state due to the infighting.
That should qualify us for the SEC. All that shed Indian blood for the cause.
