There’s nothing special about College Station.

I earned my masters at Univ of North Texas, I’ll take Denton and DFW over College Station hands down. I’ll for sure take DFW over Houston and Austin.

Texas property taxes will get you down here. Oklahoma has much cheaper land, cost of living, better lakes, and less traffic. Each have their pros and cons, there’s for sure things I like about Texas and I’m 100% Okie, but Oklahoma can hold its own.

If traffic and high cost of living is your thing, Austin is for you. Otherwise, I’ll gladly drive through that city enroute to San Antonio (after I beat the traffic of course).

When did I say there was?

It's within a couple hours drive from all those cities... which are all better than anything in Oklahoma.

And Denton? Lmao. Talk about another craphole. I live in Uptown and Denton may as well be Oklahoma.
