You have to rank Florida ahead of UGA, because of Spurrier, Tebow, and 3 national championships sandwiched in between Georgia's two.
So Florida gets the "recent" nod between the two.
LSU really confuses the issue, with Natty's between Saban, Miles, and Yaw yaw. They really make an argument.
All time? Tenn is still #2.
