36 percent from the floor and 21 percent from 3. Can’t expect to win with those numbers.

You can when you are leading the game with 8 seconds left and a BS foul call gives them the game winning FTs

Yes we shot poorly. And we still deservingly should have won. Had the game well in hand minus some absolute BS calls. Some of you are letting your hang ups about Wade affect your assessment of reality.

You can when you take 18 more shot attempts than the other team.

“Can’t call out refs unless LSU plays a perfect game shooting 100% and committing 0 fouls”

That’s how y’all sound

More like you cant expect to win close games when officials blatantly screw you and give the other team the game winning points with seconds left...thats the truth.

The refs rigged the game against us, I can’t even count on 2 hands all the phantom/bullshite fouls they called on us. We had multiple players foul out on questionable fouls!

Arkansas shot poorly as well, even worse from three until the last minute or two. LSU played harder on the boards than Arky and dominated offensive rebounds. Both teams played hard defense. It was a game lsu had, and let him slip away by some dumb plays.

Important numbers:
Pinson took 21 shots, 0-7 from 3
Shareef played 7 minutes.

But we scored enough to win the game - we put them on the line too much. Sure some bogus fouls contributed to that but too many senseless and silly fouls mixed in - Eason's last to were just not excusable.

You must be a democrat, you only list stats that fit your narrative.

Post less.

Yes, some of the foul calls last night were questionable. Bordering on absurd. But LSU's starting backcourt just killed them last night: Pinson and Murray went a combined 7-32 (22%) and 0-12 from 3. Why LSU took 28 three pointers (second most in SEC play this season) on a night when they were dominant on the glass is mind boggling.

You did everything else RIGHT in the game: Effort, defense on Notae, limiting turnovers, FT shooting, rebounding...to only then decide to become a 3 point heavy team. LSU took an unnecessary 14 pointers in the 1st half, making only 3. Then decided to take 14 MORE in the second half...only making 3

Fact… the refs did not cost that game last night. Poor shooting was the real reason.
