I don't get it either. I like the guy, he has moxy, is good, and took what was the worst team in the nfl when he was drafted to the Superbowl in year 2. If Joe hasn't surpassed ones expectations, then ones expectations were unrealistic.

The fact that Joe B took the flipping bengals to the super bowl in year two is a ridiculous accomplishment in itself.
