My son was full term but also an emergency c-section. You'll be spending a lot of your time in the hospital. Don't feel guilty about napping or taking a mental break. No one there is going to judge you for going outside for a walk and some fresh air. Try to relax as much as possible. The doctors and nurses know what they're doing and you're in good hands. Good luck.

Same happened to us with our first. That was in June 2020 and I was the only visitor allowed and couldn't leave the hospital. Our son had some breathing issues after a couple of completely sleepless nights so when they took him to the NICU we were able to get some rest finally but the whole situation sucked.
