I'm sure using a policy you put in place mid-shitstorm, to fire an employee for actions/ the investigation that began before said policy was put in place, will go over FANTASTICALLY for Auburn.

I foresee no way in which Harsin's lawyers will use this to their advantage in a wrongful termination case.

They won’t terminate him for 30 days and can’t per the policy. That being said, he might be put on administrative leave for the 30 days and pay him another 30 days
