I’m not in panic mode over Harsin. I say let him do what he wants and he either wins or he’s gone.
I just see no reason to look for things to spin in his favor. I just try to be objective whether I like the guy or not (which I do like Harsin. I just don’t know if he’ll be successful).
Recruiting sucks right now. Just what it is. I wouldn’t expect us to kill it in recruiting when they just tried to fire him after one year anyways. So not even entirely his fault. But at the same time, I don’t really care who’s fault it is or isn’t. If he doesn’t fix it, we’ll have to move on to the next guy.

I am not pumping Harsin. Just looking for some positives and living in reality. If you look at his recruiting strategy, it mimics Mack Browns and CPs which he came from. They did their own evaluations. Those thinking Harsin will change to be a recruiting juggernaut like Saban/Kirby will be disappointed.
