South Arkansas hunting/fishing camp looking to add a couple members

Our hunting/fishing camp in Calhoun County, outside Hampton, is looking to add a member or two.
None of us live around there, and so, it's not easy to show off the place.
I will be down there March 4-6, if anyone wants to visit.
We have mostly pine forest and pine thicket, but enough hardwood to hold deer around. Covered up in turkeys and pigs. All kinds of fishing nearby.
Cabin has heat/AC, water. We have access to high-speed internet but haven't connected.
Room for campers/trailers.
Cabin is NOT fancy, but is sure gets the job done and has plenty of room.
Message if you want pics of the cabin/maps of the lease.

Where at in Calhoun County? My family owns and leases land there.

Depends on how many members we add. If we add two or three, can probably get the price to $600; if only add one, might have to be $750; I'm OK with paying more than "one" share, but I'd like to not have my 10 days there a year cost me 3K.

as the crow flies, 10 miles southwest of Hampton, two tracts along what folks down there know as Potlatch Road.
