I don't think they want to cannibalize each other.

Surprised that Alabama & Ohio State agreed to a home and home in a few years.

Why would the two biggest blue bloods agree to knock each other off in the regular season?

Will make great tv for the rest of us, but surprised they are doing it

A loss either at home or away for either team that early in the season, out of conference means nothing. NOTHING.

On the flip side, with all the national media, recruits, NIL, and a big win, and either team is probably sitting at #1.

It almost seems like a no-brainer. Perspectives, I guess.
