Judging by his history at a nationally recognized Notre Dame program, he’ll be fine. Nothing like winning in the sun belt though. THAT is money my friend!

Winning at a high level is 90 percent recruiting. I don't care where he won, chief, he's proven he can win vs other coaches with comparable talent. (And coaches with much better talent, see Iowa State and Matt Campbell in 2019) Winning at an elite level is about organizational skill and recruiting. He does both at an elite level. He's also never grinded his butt into a recruit or said "Fah-Muh-Lay" with a fake accent.
