In back-to-back sentences you say:
quote:

he just kept the same guys that were already there at UF. And we all know how successful they were….

And then you say:
quote:

. So how is this new off field staff an improvement from Mullen’s staff? He could’ve/should’ve just kept everyone from Mullen’s staff since they had SEC experience.

So is keeping Mullen's staff bad because they were unsuccessful or good because they have SEC experience?

That’s the big question. Or the point I’m trying to make really in that long arse novel. Is it better to have a staff full of guys with “SEC experience”, despite that experience being what some would deem a failure; or a staff full of Sun-Belt g5 guys who had a pretty good amount of success in a lower tier level of competition…? I mean everyone will have different answers and opinions about what they would rather and what is a better staff…
But either way, just the fact that a question like that can be asked or brought up, should be enough “proof” that an A+ grade is biased and/or unwarranted.
Imo, if/when I’m grading something, for me to give that “+” after an “A” grade, means to me that every reason presented is unquestionable and there is nothing that can be brought up that could create doubt.
