In all fairness counting cross country indoor and outdoor track and field all as separate categories is stupid. Those are what 45 of the 48? Or as Kenny Powers would say, I play real sports. Not trying to be the best at exercising.
I’m a lot more impressed by GA and FL who have both won NC’s in 9-10 different sports.

Why? Cross-Country is different than track. I don’t really care for indoor track, but there are different events
