This is a Bama guy I always rooted for. He seemed to have something to him kind of like Damian Harris. They both seemed to be blue-collar yard gainers. You never heard from them much or about them much. I just read somewhere that his stats were not too far off from Mark Ingram:
Mark Ingram 2009:
In 14 games - 1658 rush yards, 17 TDs
Brian Robinson 2021:
14 games - 1336 rush yards, 14 TDs
Granted, BR's ypc was somewhere around 5 ypc while Mark's was closer to 6 ypc. Still, this is fairly impressive. Especially for a pass heavy offense in 2021.
Do you see Brian Robinson getting some playing time in the NFL? Seemed to be a solid back to me.

I think Brian has a pretty solid NFL career

He reminds me of Josh Jacobs just slightly less athletic. He’s less injury prone though.

The ONLY thing holding BRob back is his lack of break away speed. Other than this, BRob is a solid back and should do good in the big league!

He is far better than many admit

I see guys like LSU's Darrel Williams, who wasn't a starter in college, sticking in the NFL with a role on a good team. No reason to think Robinson couldn't do that and possibly much more. Be interesting to see his combine numbers.

Happy for BRob. He will have a role in the NFL but with every RB hurt this year he was a grinder. Definitely is a guy that you want in the locker room. Hope he make a lot of money in the NFL. This is one of those guys that regardless of team, you hope he makes it.

Elijah Mitchell for SF is a good example of how you never know who will pan out in the NFL. He was drafted in the 6th round and has currently broken the 49er rookie rushing record in only 11 games. Hopefully Robinson can get into a good situation somewhere and play for a long time.

Love the guy. Didn't transfer, worked hard, persevered and waited his turn behind Najee. He said that he tells the newbies/frosh that nothing is handed to you here, but if you put in the hard work it will pay off. Best of luck to BRob, will miss the heck outta him.

He will be a fantastic pick up for some nfl team. Nice running back to have and he much better back than Damian Harris both college and will be better in pros than
D. Harris
D. Harris

Harris is a top 10 RB in the NFL based on stats...and splits time. Probably the most underrated Bama RB of the Saban era.
I'd like to see Brob selected by Miami in the 3-4 round.

We know he was underrated by Sark in the 2016 national championship. Biggest mistake of that game was forgetting Harris existed after Scarborough went down. Honestly wasn't sure he would be successful in the NFL, but man, he is a legit #1 RB.

Hard to believe he was there in 2016. That seems like forever ago.

I think he’s a 3-4 round guy and will have a solid nfl career. Hope he lands in the right place. Very thankful as a fan for his dedication to Bama. Go make you some money BRob.
