Monken came out and openely said it was like they as a staff were looking for reasons Stet shouldn’t be the starter and he just kept proving everyone including the staff wrong. His own coaches didn’t believe in him so you have to think that chip was not only to prove it to himself but to everyone including his own coaches. He’s probably one of the most disrespected and least appreciated title winning QB that I can recall and that includes Ken Dorsey. Crazy how good he was this year and still gets hot takes like he’s trash and that he’s only good because hes 25.
