Does it impact my daily life? Not one bit.

That UGA fans would snatch up gear commemorating our first NC in 41 years is the least shocking development. If you'll go back and reread what I wrote in the OP, I was more surprised that 2020 Bama NC stuff was the top-selling of all time, than anything. One would think that one of their earlier championships might've been a better seller.

I'm just in a bad place these days with all this stuff.

I'm coming from a place where I think caring about sports the way we do these days is ridiculous, and I used to LOVE college sports (most sports actually)... and politics and all the other bs wasn't really what changed me. Maybe just getting older is what did it.

I dislike UGA as much as anyone here I can assure you, but if you don't realize they are going to win several more titles in the coming years you're deluding yourself.

I get that. And make no mistake about it. If Auburn had won it this year we would feel the same.

As an older guy I have found that it comes and goes. When Auburn returns (and they will) the interest will return, too. Politics, NIL, Transfer Portal does seem to be taking some of my interest out of it, though.
