Boy, the corporate football league playoffs have been a stink fest so far

And in 8 years of the college football playoff, there’s been only 1 exciting game out of them all

So why do busybodies always beat the drum for expanding the playoff? I can’t think of anything worse for college football than a 12 team playoff system

Not sure why, as fans, we’re supposed to be excited about Texas and Oklahoma carpet bagging into our conference. But at least the unintended consequence of that greed move is playoff expansion is now on hold for a few more years

It won't make sense to have a 12 team playoff if all the good teams are in one conference. They'll probably go to 8, though.

There have been 16 semi games in playoff era.

13 were blowouts.

Only 3 close ones.

-Black Ceasar walks into one of his palaces
-while shushing the hapless white man carrying his bags

(emotional music begins)

-as the black queen appears
-turns out there's no time for tacos n chill
-black ceasar is supposed to accept an award for being great tonight

(emotional music continues)

-as on the way to the award show, it's revealed that black ceasar might be black (which is prized) but he's also a man (which means you're dumb and didn't earn it)
-turns out the black queen has all the bases covered
-and is actually the smart one in control of the clown world empire

Not sure why any of this propaganda is supposed to make me want to spend money on their gambling app. But whatevs

Because the bowl system isn’t important to many players

The Bowl system isn't important to them anymore because the busybodies created a playoff. WHich killed the bowls

And so now the solution from the busybodies to the problem..... that they themselves created .....is more of the same cancer. More playoffs.

It's the same story anywhere and everywhere you look in this world. The busybodeis aren't happy until they've turn ed everything to shite

Anybody want to break down the iphone camera commercial? Where the hapless white man is out of focus. Because he's not important. Just supporting cast

yes we all just love this 3 week dead period from Dec 5 to after Christmas, unless you actually enjoy watching Bowling Green play Tulsa in a no-name bowl, etc. etc.

Personally, I do enjoy that. Not even kidding. I love bowl season. Even as it takes it's last gasps of breath on this earth

Never understood people that complain there are too many bowls. Because nobody is making you watch them.

It's like inflation with currency. More bowls, less value in each bowl.

Nobody has ever worried too much over bowl values. The hierarchy is baked into the system. It’s understood that the bad boy mowers bowl isn’t as prestigious as the sugar

Now apply your inflation to the playoffs

It’s like inflating the currency. More playoff games, less value of regular season.

You could stare at a wall and be more entertained than this nfl playoff so far.

But they made gazillions off you

Except this point applies much better to the expanded bowl system where 6-6 teams play each other.

Not in one single way. Whatsoever

6-6 teams and their fans being rewarded with a bowl has no bearing on the national championship or 4 team money rake
