Can anyone explain how things would have worked out if we beat bama?

Happy New Years everyone. War Eagle.

I love college football and have tried to catch every game that I could and fit in college hoops as well.

My brain isn't working too well. I can't figure out what would everything be like in college football if we had pulled out the win against bama.

Help / opinions?

All the best to everyone in 2022. Hoops.

Bama would’ve still been in if they beat Georgia.

so an extra loss in the Iron Bowl wouldn't have mattered in the end anyway (assuming bama continues on and beats uga...)? I really am trying to get my head around it.

Pretty much. They wouldn’t leave SEC champion out of the CFP.

One of these is not like the others. thuga belongs. not impressed by the other three, but hindsight and all.

ETA personally...? I am glad thuga and bama absofrickinglutely shut the entire fricking college football world up. And bash me fine, but even though AU is not where bama and thuga are at moment, those are Auburn's storied and traditional rivals by far. frick Cinci, Harbaugh, Pac12 whatever people, anyone talking shite about the SEC bowl record this year. As I posted in another thread, if either bama or thuga don't make the MCFPO, all other bowl eligible teams are bumped a click and even the shittiest of eligible SEC teams likely beats the shite out of their bowl opponents. I am not claiming moral victories, but hats off to bama and thuga and the SEC and frick everyone else. We'll take the money. Period. And AU will always have a say in whether bama, thuga, lsu, faggies or anyone else gets as far as they get every year. I feel good about Auburn's future all things considered and knowing CBH needs some time. Sorry if my take is too real. Some people still believe that is what is good for my neighbor is good for me. I'll hope thuga gets their shite pushed in again (can't see that happening) or lose in Ricardo Louis and Tray Matthews fashion, because 1980 and frick thuga.

The title game is as it should be. 2 best teams.

Both from the SEC, but don't expect me to conference cheer. I hope they both lose.
