Holy crap, that's the Xavier Lopez house. My great-great uncle, William Fishwick, was one of the carpenters that built that house. It is now on the National Historic Register because of the use of Queen Anne style.
I think he built several other houses there, but not sure how many, if any, survived when St. Augustine decided to focus on the Spanish heritage of the town in the 50s and 60s.
