So the Golf Digest guys started off 0-2 following yesterday’s kickoff of the bowls. I’m 1-1 in the straight up pick ‘em. Bowl season is brutal I tell ya.

Speaking of bowls, did anyone catch Landers 89 yard TD reception in the Bahamas Bowl. That might have matched his whole season total last year.
Actually, upon further review, it’s 4 times more than the total yards he had for us last year. And believe it or not he’s got 514 yards and 5 TD’s this season (not sure if that’s counting last night). Think a lot of us were hoping for that type of production from him when he was a Dawg, just never seemed to materialize and he was usually on the wrong end of some bad penalties.

Remember the Coastal Carolina old coach (David Bennett) (they won the Cure Bowl yesterday) having gifs and memes posted about him following his 2011 “we ought to be more like dogs” speech. They lost to UGA 59-0 that year in their only meeting ever which was his last season as a college coach.

I love early bowl season when they have the 9th and 10th string announcers calling the games and manning the halftime report desk.

Regarding announcers, this guy said the QB "threw him open" on a 55 yd yd pass when the receiver was already ten yards open on his own. He probably posts here.
