I'm not sure that I buy that explanation. I do think there is something going on beyond what we know with JT. Only sane explanation as to why Kirby not even consider putting in JT with us down by several scores in the SECG?

Most of us hope it's the "something else going on beyond what we know."

The fear expressed by some is that he's a very stubborn defensive coach and/or he lets personal biases play into decisions. Coaches have been known to be stubborn and it's not like college football games haven't ever been lost on bad decisions or bad strategies of coaches.

I usually try to avoid the conspiracy theories, but I remember my first concern was when JT was pulled for Stetson for a series in the first quarter against South Carolina. JT had led us to a 14 point lead on our first two possessions. Stetson comes in and immediately throws an interception. I was watching it with my family, and no one could understand why JT was pulled. I think Kirby said Stetson earned a series. Why pull him for a series so early in the game?

Here's the thing. There's us that know JT is much more talented than Scoutie Stetson (we still cheer for UGA and hope Stetson does well and wins). Then, there are others...who like to say "you think you know more than Kirby who we pay Millions of $ to coach."

One of these 3 things must be true.

1)JT is much more talented and SHOULD be playing or have come in relief (he was the starter before injury btw)
2)Kirby and his staff absolutely suck arse at developing QB talent
OR
3)Kirby and his staff absolutely suck arse at scouting out QB talent and QB recruiting
