Not sure why Odom would leave when he has full autonomy at Arkansas, and we can match OU's pay. He turned down LSU last year so not sure why he'd go to OU now.

You're right. It's going to be a rebuilding job for OU. Odom has already put in the work here. Definitely not lateral.

Because let's be honest, Arkansas is not a destination job. Barry will not be doing anything great in terms of championships at Arkansas. He could in Oklahoma and it doesn't hurt that his brother is the linebackers coach at OU.
