Sex is required to show adultery, texts, even juicey ones, can be explained away. Not to mwntion 5th amendment protections if you are smart enough to not use comoany equipment.

He’s allegedly being sued/accused of workplace misconduct and could be called to testify.

Do you even US Constitution bro?

The 5th amendment applies to criminal prosecutions, not civil or domestic cases.


When you claim a 5th amendment right to not answer a question in a civil matter, it can legally be inferred that the accusations being made are true. That’s why civil cases are put on hold when there are criminal charges involving the same issues pending.
