The darkest box on that graph on the right is in Lowell. Also, all of west Springdale is omitted from the Springdale graphic. Bet Har-Ber Meadows' inclusion would bring the averages down a bit

Another thing is that according to that website, Springdale's violent crime rate is similar to places like Conway and Russellville.
Jonesboro and Searcy have higher rates... I don't think of those towns as being particularly dangerous.
According to that site, Springdale is below the state average for violent crime. So doesn't make much sense to single it out
