Honestly; they're also fairly rare in Fayetteville.
Hipsters aren't rare, but hipsters don't really wear skinny jeans anymore and have never worn fedoras... ever.
Stocking/watch caps on the other hand...

Skinny jeans aren't that rare (idk about in Fayetteville, haven't lived there for ~10 years) but seriously if you get triggered by someone's jeans then you have bigger problems than they do
NWA has great schools, lots of job opportunities, UA athletics, lots of other nice amenities, proximity to outdoor recreation, etc. It isn't for everybody, but if it's the fashion choices of the people who live there that keeps you away then you're a headcase, 100%
