I am going to say many of the SEC football teams will be much improved this coming season. Which one will stand out to gain from that at the end of the year?

This was absolutely not the way to do it.

I am all in football.
It’s the only sport worth watching.
I even wish the SEC had rugby to fill in the gap between football seasons.
I am excited for our final season to play in divisions.

I'll comment on the SEC East...
I thought UT was on the way up. There's no shame in getting trashed by UGA, but then SC bent them over the table and broke one off in them about a 16 inches long. Did it expose them or was SC just showing that they are on the way up? If ol Rattler stays hot, I'd expect them to have a pretty good year.
Florida is in shambles and are hanging their hopes on a very mediocre QB transfer from Whisky. UK lacks the overall talent to compete with the upper tier. Vandy is vandy and Mizzou also lacks the overall talent. Them and UK would be upper tier probably if they were in the Little 10 or Smack 12.
So, I'm going...
UGA
SC
UT
UK
Mizzou
UF
Vandy

OP rides the short bus.
That's not an insult, I'm being absolutely serious.

What I think the improvements from not only recruiting but hiring assistants more recently.
West Division
Texas A&M: OC for Texas A&M should be a much better team overall. with new OC to give offense a spark.
Alabama: Alabama should bounce back from losing to both Tennessee and LSU with new OC and DC plus couple of new assistants in other areas to help assist with defense.
LSU: LSU remain the same but no improvements from last year due to other teams made some key improvements.
Ole Miss: Ole Miss pretty much the same. Might surprise a team or two but not really know for sure.
Arkansas: Arkansas unknown but not really see any improvements. New DC might make some improvement but will not be enough to beat teams with better roster overall.
Auburn: Auburn got new HC and should see improvement overall. I don't really know how much improvement over top teams.
MSU: MSU has a new HC. MSU might make an improvement, but will the Win-Loss column be better this season? I do not think so.
East Division
UGA: Georgia should be neutral. Not good or bad.
Tennessee: Tennessee might see a little slip due to quarterback change. But Win-Loss might not change.
Kentucky: Kentucky might see an improvement, but Win-Loss might not change. I just don't have confident this time for Kentucky to make a jump to next level just yet.
South Carolina: South Carolina making noise this season? Might see an improvement overall.
Florida: Florida Billy being Billy with not getting his team ready just yet this season. Win-Loss be about the same.
Missouri: Missouri with a new OC the offense should be better and maybe have a different quarterback and lead to much improved team overall both offense and defense. Win-Loss should see an improvement. How much improvement that will have to wait and see how the quarterback and OC connect on the offense.
Vanderbilt: Vandy should be about the same from last year. Without getting better players to compete it will be hard to compete against those that have better players overall.

Meaning no improvement from over last year's team.

Who will Mizzou's QB be next season?

Up in the air. The starter had surgery so he will not be practicing all Spring and will mist Spring game too. He might still end up as the starter in the Fall. No one really knows with two 4* quarterback and one walk-on will be playing all of the Spring workouts.
