Yeah 1 vs 5, including the grandparents and other family on their home turf ain't so easy. Still at my wits end, but have to believe the kids will figure out how the world works and realize that all of the fights and advice and requests for years were for their benefit, not mine. I take my kid's 3DS away for him breaking written and agreed to rules and his mom gives it back, etc. and tells him every night that I'm the a-hole. Whatever. He's flunking out of school, is so smart that he needs nothing from me, so that is what he'll get. Not paying for his school or anything else anymore. He's a man. He's 19. His words, not mine.
