When the inmates run the asylum it’s past time to replace the warden.

Maybe what’s needed is to cut off Freeze from the buyout checks.

Note to Freeze, “There’s always Middle School.”

I wonder if that immediate prediction of 8-9 wins next year is still valid.

I have friends who's kids live in the Athletic dorm and they say a much of the place smells like weed and you can easily tell the footballs players rooms.because of the smell. They don't even try to hide it.

Got a pocket full of money. You are young. It happens. However, once they figure out nobody is going to anything about it, things get out of hand. Coaches that don’t say anything are condoning it because of their silence. Freeze was disconnected. His fear of them leaving became apparent to the team and they felt like kings of the hill. I can do what I want. I don’t have to listen to you. Blame Freeze. He wanted to be a preacher instead of the leader that has the final word on the team.

How are the coaches supposed enforce discipline in this environment?

Show they can develop players, win, and put folks in the NFL.
Most of the talented players aren't the sharpest tools in the shed, but they are not irrational.

Plus there needs to be consequences when rules are broken or people are arrested.
