if he was just a somewhat decent linebacker, that play would have been stopped for minimal gain

I could have made more, but it's just depressing to watch. I'm not sure how to explain a running back coming at you full speed and you turn and take a couple steps inside allowing him to blow past you untouched.
Edit: Seriously, frick this guy. Two steps in the opposite (correct) direction, and he meets him in the hole.
