I'm alright. More bored from sitting around the hospital than anything.

Great to hear. Bored in the hospital is good. That means no trauma.

A little drone coverage of us fishing some canals Saturday.
Canal fishing.
Going off shore tomorrow with a buddy and his friend in his new 36’ sportsman with trips.

Did you get things "right" with your new boat? Would you pull the trigger on that brand again?

Yes, they built me a brand new boat and it has been perfect. Not one single issue. I would buy another one
We have even taken it 25 miles out. Totally confident in it

I don't know shite about fishing so I'll keep out of the convo but I have a question:
Do you have a type of boat you like the best?

Spots never leaves the dock without a few bananas on board

A friend's or neighbor's is the absolute best kind.
ETA- growing up, my best friend's dad had a sweet 29' AquaSport w/ a tower, out riggers, & down riggers. His 3 kids got deathly seasick, so he used to call me. I'd wash the boat for the trip. Worked great until he upgraded to a 55' Hatteras. That boat was like washing a house. It could take 2 days. Great times, we never did get a marlin, though. Just about everything else though.

That boat cost more than most houses. Very nice.

Back when diesel at the dock wasn't crazy expensive, I'd watch him peel off $2,500 for fuel.
I used to love to get his call on a Friday afternoon, he'd call and say, "We're going in the morning, you wanna come?" Of course I'd say yes and he'd say swing by when you can. He only lived a few blocks over, I'd drive over and he'd peel off $300 and say, "Case of fat reds, case of Lite, 50 lbs of block ice and 50 lbs of crushed, be here at 5:00 AM."
I'd grab it all, and be there at 5. Good times.
ETA- he also got rid of the the Hatteras and ended up with a contender for a while. He couldn't take the Hatteras out solo and he hated it because of it.
