According to player interviews, the problem occurred before they boarded the plane. They had to wait for another plane to pick them up.

I had to sign up for a free 3 day trial of Sling but it expires at 5 on Sunday. Guess I have to make a new Email address

Use the NCAA march madness.com site. Even though it gives an option of a TV provider login, it will let you stream 3 hours without one.
