No one thinks JJ should start. I don't know where some of you are getting that from.

Yes he does. He sucks at everything

that shite was BROKE AS frick. JJ was supposed to be able to run the read options and still be a passing threat.
Nobody really thought JJ was going to be a running threat except the Koolaid drinkers.
WE have been over this before. About 10 times

Pretty much this

Because you're making it up?
I don't recall either of you picking us to finish last in the division preseason but congrats if you did.

Bro, I think you are about 5-6 weeks late to this discussion. Probably best to just grab a beer, chill on this issue and watch UF dismantle UGA.
This discussion is dead and nothing can fix it. You are pretty off base though from what we are saying

No, but it seems if you're of the opinion that White isn't the answer because Gus can't design plays to get us in the endzone with him, then you're automatically "Team JJ". JJ is horrible and shouldn't see the field again.

Well, you're either Team Snowboard or Team JJ this year, because neither Jason Smith nor Jonathan Wallace are realistic options at this point.

I'm actually warming up to the quadruple quarterback system. Gus might be on to something here.

White should continue to start this year, but that has never really been my argument.

Gus sucks without a running qb, jj can't run.
You predicted our failure preseason.
What am I missing?

Liking you more and more, your snark is strong.

BB, you are looking at it from this years standpoint. We were looking at it from our futures standpoint when we brought it up back weeks ago. I agree that Sean is by far our best option this year and the kid is awesome. Just love his play
But the "Sean is not our answer at QB" was more about our future knowing that JJ was not what everyone thought he would be.
Its more of a look at where we are headed. Not so much about this year.

That these issues have been made painfully obvious this year? I don't think anyone thought before this year that Gus was so inept at calling plays inside the redzone.

Not concerned about the future in the MIDDLE of a football season. Concerned about the NOW.
And the NOW says that Gus should adapt to his NOW quarterbacks's *strengths*, not keep pretending he has Nick fricking Marshall behind center.
And, if he *can* adapt, then the "future" could be different than the same ol' shite that requires a goddam Heisman winner/candidate to fricking run it.

Well yeah he should adapt, but this is one more week that shows that he can't or hasn't. Nothing would make me happier with this team than for Malzahn to somehow figure out how to put TDs on the board in the redzone. It's just becoming clearer as each week goes by that he's lost when we get close to the endzone.

According to the omniscient fans on this board, Gus can't or won't so we have to just wait for next year (because they also say he should keep his job) until we have a DT otherwise we just have to suck it up and enjoy this bucket of frick.
