Difference is that they could add amateurs but bama got a judge that is technically a booster (he gave money to the university sports) to get an injunction to allow someone who IS a pro by declaring for the draft going through the draft process without withdrawing, and then come back to college & because of the weather this pro will be playing in a few more games...

I totally hope it blows up in their face by loosing the next few games or if they win then those games become auto losses and they loose the legal battle.
