QB play and QB development has been the worst I have ever seen under Gus. There are JV and high school coaches that have done better at developing and teaching players. I would venture to say more than 75% of high school coaches in the country are better than Gus in that regard. Nix is horrible. It is not 100% his fault though.

Bo has mechanics issues and it isn’t helped with crappy o-line recruitment and him running for his life.
