I have never liked Payton’s face. You want your qb to look the part. Have a somewhat decent, not dumb face, and not a dumb haircut. Payton is ugly and has a terrible haircut. Two things that don’t inspire confidence. Everything matters.

Sorry man, but psychology in sport is so underrated. It’s the biggest thing to me. Confidence is everything, even moreso in basketball, but definitely at the Qb position and Payton doesn’t have it on or off the field. I’m telling ya, everything matters. Why do you think Brady is the goat?
