I can totally see Bo going on local sports radio shows after his career is over and trashing Gus in a weekly spot while promoting his insurance agency.

I thought he's done a better job not bailing out of the pocket too soon, and setting his feet on throws over the last few games. However I'm dissapointed he hasn't made a bigger jump this season as far as production. His numbers are similar to last year with INTs a bit higher. Nix can be really effective at this point in his career if he's not asked to be the "man", and I think both Malzahn and Morris thought his production was going to allow them to put more on Nix, hence the 35+ attempts in the first few games.

Hopefully with the bowl season, a normal spring training and fall camp Nix will have a productivity jump similar to Stan White in his senior year. Even with a normal trajectory of productivity improvement from Nix 2021 should be a double-digit win season. With major improvement it could be more.

I really don’t think Bo is the reason for our struggles. Only a sophomore, playing behind shitty offensive lines with poor play calling/wr routes. Agree with a full off-season and no coaching turnover, he hopefully makes a big step forward next year.
