NIL Regulation - Senators Tuberville and Manchin

Not sure how you regulate it and still fall within the precedence set by the supreme court.

Maybe through a collective bargaining agreement between all players but where is the line, if the groups split by sport, title IX will have a fit. Is it only scholarship players if so? Not sure how that can be legal.

Amateurism is dead.

When are the players at Hoover, thompson, HT gonna get paid by being broadcast on ESPN. They are using those kids NIL to make revenue. It's a can of worms that should have never been opened.
