I've been on a hiatus for years, but still like to look at the across the board movement on Auburn games to get a decent idea of who might have an edge. It pretty much stayed steady against Georgia. Moved down to 2.5 from 3 with up and down vig. Most thought Georgia would win, but it stayed steady. There was a ton of late minute movement on Auburn for the Bama game.

Donno. Were you looking at offshores? Vegas books are really slow to adjust their odds. Bama went from -6 at 2:28 (central) to 4.5 at 2:32. Felt pretty good when I saw that.

The way gambling works is a mystery to me, honestly.
So, does this mean, in your view, that people who believe to have inside information think KJ will not play?
I hope AU kicks the living shite out of GA tomorrow. I find it complete bullshite that all of the Gus to Arky and now Steele to Tenn stuff is being pushed right before the SECCG.
I also do not buy the whole revenge argument for GA. This is a play in for the final four. That should be more than enough motivation for both teams.
Sorry for the tangent there --- it was just grinding my gears. Anyway as a follow up, does a line move like that because a few people bet a lot (are there caps) or because there has been a lot more bets?

Just thought it was eerie to have widespread offshore movement for Georgia now that they're in Atlanta and KJ is in plain view. Sometimes it's the offshore books having information days before the game that will make it move across the board. Doubt it was movement based on a bet. Hopefully it does like the first game and teeters back and forth. I don't know all that much though. Just had fun offshore betting as a hobby for a while.

KJ will play and run buck wild. I think he will also make an excellent decoy to break up some season long tendencies .
