Well shite. I guess it's both a curse and a blessing. If our coaches can turn last years 3-9 team into a team with multiple first rounders in less than a year, I'm not really worried about next year even if they do leave since I'm confident they'll be able to complete a similar task in a much larger time frame.

Offensive Center = OC same as OG = Offensive Guard

What's wrong with Slade? I understand the criticism before this year but not now.

Have you been watching the same games? He has progressed but he is average at best and clearly the most consistently weak player along the OLine. He frequently gets knocked on his arse and doesn't get the push the rest of him does.

Also, the primary reason we have been having more zone styled blocking schemes in our runs is that people like Slade aren't mobile enough to be a pulling guard

False. Slade has been average. If GRob and Dismukes leave it makes sense to keep him but if everyone returns, the smart move is to replace Slade by moving Young inside or with one of Diamond/Mix/Danzey

I haven't been focusing on him but I also haven't noticed him which is always a good thing on the OLine.

Ok? it's working so I don't see the problem.
