We have got as a team unlike CGM... our issue is the HC has insulated himself with AU players and his friends to shield himself from being fired... we do not have SEC caliber coaching nor players and he cannot hide it anymore.

No... I’m not going any where... there isn’t anything more to discuss other than when and how much $ is it going to take to correct the Leath Gus and BOT debacle before us. Secondly everything I have stated for years about this staff is true; it only took 5 plus years for some of our thicker skulled board members to finally “get it”...

Yes, it was a terrible decision to give him that contract after two wins. O-line recruiting, qb development and recruiting away from his strengths has been apparent for yrs now. You were right about Gus' limitations, but there's nobody left here to convince it isn't working out.

I rarely post here. The only thing I'm lashing out about is your inability to start a topic other than Gus sucks. At least switch it up a little bit
ETA: it is all about the money at this point. The apathy of the fanbase at this point will prob cost more than to just cut ties. That is a valid point worth talking about

Your welcome Blzr, hope you are doing well. 3downs, the $ is there as we have discussed with the Jones thread from a week or so ago. BOT member that signed off on it was well aware that the coin had to be readily available should this very issue occur. Covid isn’t an excuse the long term trajectory of the program is currently sliding downhill fast and must be corrected. If not, kiss AU competitiveness goodbye for the next decade bc Kirby and company aren’t weakening any time soon.
