I hope he wins the national championship, but he won’t. This past year will be the most talent he’ll ever have.

I agree. Idk if he’s a good coach yet as far as producing results but I like the fact he stands his ground. I respect that too.
Also something that immediately makes my eyes roll these days is when I hear the word “racist”. Racist has lost all meaning in todays age with the way some of these people throw it around. Show me something racist and I’ll agree but “racism” seems to be a default excuse now when someone doesn’t get their way or don’t like something just to try to gain some moral victory. I’m sick of hearing it when there’s less real racism today than there’s ever been.

You don't think the entire country just noticed that the PTB tried to Julius Caesar a HC by some pretty nefarious means just because they didn't like him? Whether that's actually what happened or not, that's the national perception.
I suspect there are many recruits (and families) that now want to stay as far away from this shite show as possible

Of course that is a reason that could be a factor I don’t deny that. Hell, you and many others used that very one as to why Harsin couldn’t survive and return.

Doesn’t take emotion to call it what it is Leroy. Talent has only gotten worse. Recruiting has only gotten worse. Coaching staff has only gotten worst and you want to blame it on a 10 day stretch.

He was hired to perform a complete rebuild to the program. That takes at least two years, but really three to four years.
It sounds like you’re admitting he didn’t “burn down” the program enough to be fired so it took some low-rent Game of Thrones stuff to take him out.
